This course was developed so that employees and people leaders could understand and apply the company's updated performance evaluation framework.

Client rolled out a new 5-point performance rating system and needed a clear, scalable way to explain the changes. This course helped employees and leaders understand what was changing, why it mattered, and how to apply the new framework in evaluations.
